Fitness Australia 2nd Annual General Meeting
The 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Fitness Australia Limited will be held at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins Hotel, 25 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, on Friday 22 October 2010, at 12.00noon.
Registered Business Members of Fitness Australia may propose a resolution to be moved at the AGM by providing such resolution in writing, to the Company Secretary of Fitness Australia (Ltd) before 30 September 2010.
