2010 Awards Open for Nominations
2010 Australian Health & Fitness Industry Awards are open for entries
The 2010 Australian Health & Fitness Industry Awards program is open for nominations by exercise professionals and fitness businesses today, Thursday 1st July.
“Fitness Australia strives to achieve a fitter, healthier Australia everyday. Now we want to know exactly how the industry does this too, and reward them for it,” said Lauretta Stace chief executive officer of Fitness Australia.
“I am very excited to announce that this year we will be expanding the award categories to include a health program category where we will present the 2010 Preventative Health Program of the Year.”
“We want the fitness industry to give their achievements the recognition they deserve by entering the 2010 Australian Health & Fitness Industry Awards program.”
The 2010 program consists of six award categories;
Exercise Professional of the Year
Personal Training Business of the Year
Fitness Business of the Year Under 2000 members
Fitness Business of the Year Over 2000 members
Australian Preventative Health Program of the Year Non-judged
Outstanding Industry Contribution Non-judged
Finalists will be rewarded in their local State or Territory and can go on to win the Australian title. Entries open 1st July and close 31st July 2010. Go to www.awards.fitness.org.au
