Music Copyright Update

Fitness Australia is currently considering a proposal to attend a mediated negotiation with the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA) with the objective of arriving at a commercial resolution of the Fitness Class Tariff and avoiding the time and costs associated with a review of the Copyright Tribunal decision in the Federal Court.

We will continue to keep the industry informed of any further updates on this matter.
