The Performax brand and main product features body-moulded lightweight compression performance apparel which has been engineered to provide support and muscle definition. Worn as an outer or under garment, Performax will definitely enhance the way that an athlete trains and recovers.
Performax garments are made from technical fabrications, creating comfort, ultimate movement and flexibility within body contoured garments. Performax garments are treated with a moisture management process. Sweat is absorbed and quickly wicked away from the skin through the fabric to the outer-face of the garment, where it is then evaporated faster than conventional fabrics. The technical features are enhanced by flat locked seams to reduce chaffing and skin irritation for maximum performance garments.

Fitness Australia and Baker IDI, the national heart and diabetes institute have joined forces to help combat the increasing incidence of type 2 diabetes in Australia.
About Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute
Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute is Australia's first health and medical research institute tackling the deadly trio of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Our work extends from the laboratory to wide-scale community studies.
Baker IDI fills a void in health and medical research by allowing traditionally disparate groups to work together and collaborate under one umbrella and one organisational culture.
Baker IDI was created in 2008 after the merger of the Baker Heart Research Institute and the International Diabetes Institute (IDI). The establishment of our new institute is an important milestone for medical research and patient care both Australia-wide and internationally. Baker IDI combines the formidable strength of Baker's research into cardiovascular disease and diabetic complications with the outstanding diabetes research, education and patient care of IDI. Patient care is focused on equipping diabetes sufferers with the skills they need to slow down - and where possible halt - the progression of their disease before the appearance of life-threatening complications.
We do this with our staff of specially-trained educators and health professionals who understand the importance of a holistic approach to self-management of the disease. Our staff and clinics offer care, support and education in applying the latest developments in diabetes therapies.

About Companion Card
The Companion Card is a tool to assist organisations that charge an admission or participation fee to comply with existing anti-discrimination legislation .
The Companion Card is issued to people with a significant, permanent disability, who can demonstrate that they are unable to access most community activities and venues without attendant care support.
The card contains a photograph of the cardholder and can be presented when booking or purchasing a ticket at events and venues, provided the cardholder requires attendant care support in order to participate at that particular activity. Participating organisations will issue the cardholder with a second ticket for their companion at no charge.
