MC for the evening will be Paul Timms (pictured right). Paul started the first Personal Training Studio in Tropical Cairns before opening a chain of a dozen fitness centres across Australia.  One of his companies was named finalist in the Franchisor of the Year Awards in 2004 and he was awarded Queensland Fitness Professional of the Year in 2007. 
Paul Founded the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers in 2000 to raise the standards and improve the profile of Personal Training in Australia.  He built and sold this business in 2010 to focus his attention on building a similar organisation for the Life Coaching Industry.
